Reporter Asks Trump if He’s Getting “Slapped” Around By Foreign Leaders, What Trump Says Next Left Him in Silence

Pres. Trump took a few questions but the fireworks started when the issue of trade came up. The President has proposed implementing tariffs on countries that are ripping us off.

John Roberts from Fox News, stood up and asked Trump if he will get “slapped” around by the European Union on Trade if Trump imposes his tariffs to defend America. Roberts said these European countries will start fighting back, and make Trump regret it.

Pres. Trump stood tall and showed the world that he means business. The United States will no longer allow the Europeans to tax our goods, while sending their cars over to sell, putting American companies out of business.

“They can do whatever they’d like, but if they do that, we will put a big tax of 25% on their cars and believe me they wouldn’t be doing it very long.  The European Union has not treated us well and it’s a very unfair trade situation.”

According to Pres. Trump, European countries have been taking advantage of us for decades.

“The United States has been taken advantage of by other counties…for many, many decades…. The European Union has been particularly tough on the United States.  They make it almost impossible for us to do business with them, yet they send their cars and everything else back into the United States.”

But he didn’t stop there.  He then totally destroyed the European Union for mistreating the U.S. on trade right in front of one its biggest defenders, the Prime Minister of Sweden.

Pres. Trump continued:

“We have a trade deficit of $800 Billion dollars a year.  And that’s not going to happen with me.  We have been mistreated by many…”

BOOM.

Folks, this is what true American leadership looks like.  This is what we have been missing for decades that has allowed us to be taken advantage of so badly.

Thank god for Trump, because it isn’t going to happen anymore.
